What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial visit will last approximately 2-3 hours. Before this appointment, an extensive blood analysis is required and should be completed 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure results are available for review. Additional diagnostic tests, such as Dark Field Microscopy, Bio-Analysis Impedance Testing, and breath analysis for metabolic function, may also be performed.
Healthcare providers will take a comprehensive medical history, focusing on the nuances of your health journey. If necessary, they will conduct a focused physical examination. Once all test results have been reviewed, the provider will discuss their findings, make a diagnosis, and develop a personalized treatment plan based on the patient's specific needs.
The standard follow-up schedule includes an initial review at two weeks, a second at one month, another at two months, and a final check-in at six months. Additional visits may be scheduled based on the complexity of the condition.
For effective communication, patients are encouraged to contact the office via email, as this is the preferred method of correspondence. Our staff aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Walk-in visits are accommodated for established patients experiencing urgent health concerns. However, The Raphael Institute is not an urgent care facility and does not accept new or unfamiliar patients on a walk-in basis.
