Jennifer runs the front office. She schedules visits, answers calls and is an all-around air traffic controller for the Raphael Institute. Her success makes our job easier.

K'Bren Adkins

K'Bren Adkins, CMA, has been a member since 2024 and is considered a right-hand extension of the healthcare providers. You will find K'Bren scheduling tests and imaging studies, running the IV rooms, answering emails, returning phone calls, and helping walk-in patients.

Robert H. Ball, M.D.

Dr. Ball is the Medical Director of the Raphael Institute. He joined the organization in January 2025. He is gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He believes in transformational medicine, working to provide answers to complicated medical illnesses.
