Yes! Our medical team includes Dr. Robert Ball, Medical Director, and Jessica Lee, FNP-BC, Assistant Medical Director. New patient appointments last approximately 2-3 hours, including a full-panel blood test before evaluation. Subsequent visits are usually thirty to sixty minutes long. Established patient referrals receive priority scheduling.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not file insurance claims. However, we can provide the necessary documentation if you wish to submit a claim independently. We will attempt to schedule testing and laboratory services according to your insurance policies.

How long does it take to receive lab results?

Final lab results are typically available within 2-4 weeks. Partial reports may arrive earlier, and our team will notify you of any urgent findings. It is customary to require a follow-up evaluation to review your laboratory and imaging testing.
